CJ-3000 CNC aluminium profile machining center is a heavy-duty CNC machining center designed for high-speed processing of aluminum-plastic and aluminum profiles. Capable of processing round, slot, lock, and special-shaped holes, it also performs milling, chamfering, and plane engraving. Focused on high-speed and high-precision, it features reinforced structure and power ratio, along with a high-strength bed and moving components for enhanced efficiency. Equipped with a high-speed, high-precision electric spindle, it uses helical gears and racks on the X-axis and ball screw transmission on the Y and Z axes. It includes an automatic tool changer with a 6-tool magazine design.
