Tube Bending Machine

Our multi- stack 63CNC tube bending machine, controlled by PLC and driven by a servo motor, the display operating system is a touchscreen menu-based interface. It features preset options for various bending angles, subtitle display, and human-machine interactive operation. Users can choose between manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic operating modes. The movable foot switch combines both start and stop functions.
The hydraulic system, control system, drive system, and display system all use highly reliable imported components. With high precision and efficiency, it is suitable for mass production, reaching an advanced level both internationally and domestically.

Features:
1.The maximum memory capacity for tube bending programs is 400 sets, with each set capable of programming up to 16 bends.
2.Directly input tube bending parameters; the machine allows for single-step execution and pause during automatic operation, enabling manual intervention for bending special tubes, as well as resuming automatic operation.
3.The storage time for operation and tube bending programs is unlimited, preventing program loss due to power outages or long-term non-use.
4.The machine allows for inputting or editing programs while performing automatic processing.
5.Features XYZ coordinate to YBC processing value conversion function, facilitating operator use.
6.Tube bending programs allow setting individual actions for each axis at 0-9 different speeds in each processing step, enabling flexible application for different workpieces and enhancing work efficiency.
7.Automatic mode includes retractable feeding and reciprocating feeding functions to accommodate different tube processing needs.
