The entire machine is composed of four parts: the polishing mainframe, feeding device, discharging device, and control system. Based on the range of tube polishing, the round tube polishing machine can be divided into a basic model and a high-configuration model. Depending on the number of polishing heads, they are further categorized into 6-head, 8-head, 10-head, and 12-head polishing machines. After being polished by this machine, the surface roughness can reach 500# to 700#.

Produced through processes including feeding, polishing (using flap wheels, sisal wheels, cloth wheels, and airway buffing wheels) with the addition of polishing wax, and unloading.
