Introducing the custom CJ-140, designed for long lengths and OD 140mm chamfering capabilities. These machines enable simultaneous chamfering at both ends of a tube, accommodating working lengths of up to 3000mm. When equipped with the optional BTM (Bundle Loading Magazine), our machines provide a fully automated loading, feeding, and chamfering process. This product line ensures a precise and uniform chamfer on both ends of the tube, including chamfering the inside + outside (I/O) and the face of the material, or creating a rounded chamfer. Additionally, it is suitable for external chamfering of solid bars.
